德语采购助理

工作内容：
1：通过邮件和电话和国外供应商沟通，选取最佳报价.
2：能独立跟单，负责从询价，订货，物流等一系列操作。
3：协助销售人员进行产品报价，整理销售数据，办公室文件等。
4：开发国外供应商。
5：完成临时交办的其他工作。

职位要求:
1：德语口语熟练，能和国外供应商进行沟通，熟悉机电产品者优先。
2：大专及以上学历，1年以上相关工作经验，优秀应届毕业生应聘亦可，上海本地人优先考虑。.
3：熟练操作OFFICE办公软件。
4：做事有条理，思路清晰，品行端正，性格开朗，善于与人交流，认真负责的工作态度，良好的团队精神，能承受压力。

Responsibilities:
1.Be responsible for communicating with oversea suppliers via email and telephone. Select the best quotation.
2. Follow the case from inquiry, order, logistic and etc.
3. Coordinate with our sales person in quotation and deal with sales data as well as office files.
4. Develop the oversea suppliers if necessary.
5. Finish the other assigned jobs by supervisor.

Qualifications for the position: 
1.Be skilled at German speaking, with the ability to communicate with our overseas suppliers，familiar with industrial products will be an advantage.
2. Education background should be bachelor or above, with 1 year related working experience, Excellent graduate is also fine, shanghai local people is preferred.
3. Be good at the operating of OFFICE software. 
4. Cleared and open-minded, good at communicating, serious for working, team-working and sustainable for working pressure.
